Shipping Times

This policy is applicable to (United Kingdom) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

Shipping to some destinations will not be free due to the courier and remote location of the delivery and this is then charged at the rate of the which courier is assigned for the delivery.

Delivery Terms.

We use Royal mail, Parcel Force, Evri, DPD and whole host of other available courier companies to get the products delivered to the customer.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY.

  • Transit time is 2 to 4 Working Day (Monday to Friday) UK
  • Handling time is 0 to 1 Working Days (Monday to Friday)
  • The order cut-off time will be 5: 00 PM. Time Zone: (GMT+00:00) Edinburgh, London

TRANSIT TIMES to places outside the UK will be dependent on the UK courier that is partnered for that destination country’s courier. So delivery times for this is out of our control.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@dalbadial-2.webocation.net

ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM

When we will start your transfer, you’ll get a chasing number with your order with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in your hands.

WRONG ADDRESS

Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong address.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

We don’t collect TAX on shipping.
