“Like a Light Switch” — My Journey with TRT
I’d been experiencing symptoms for about a year — constant tiredness, trouble concentrating, and a noticeably low libido.
One day, my wife turned to me and asked, “Are we ever going to have sex again?” That really hit me. It was a wake-up call that something wasn’t right.
I decided to get tested, and my first blood test in October showed a testosterone level of 8. After starting treatment with Numan, my most recent test came back at 13 — a big improvement.
It took around 4 or 5 months to really start feeling the benefits, but when they kicked in, it was like a light switch. Suddenly I had more energy, better focus, and an overall sense of wellbeing that I hadn’t felt in a long time.
It’s been a massive transformation — not just in how I feel physically, but in how I show up for my relationships and day-to-day life.
